Born and raised in North County, Brigette (Barnhill) Gunther brings a unique blend of skills to property management. As a graduate from the Hugh Downs School of Communication at Arizona State University Brigette went on to work in marketing in various fields then transferred into the real estate field. She worked as an agent, transaction coordinator and Agent Trainer with one of the highest ranking brokerages in Southern California from from 2016-2019 before shifting to the family team.

With a deep understanding of the local market, Brigette leverages expertise in real estate agent tech training to optimize property listings and streamline management processes. Known for a customer-first approach, Brigette ensures that both property owners and tenants receive top-tier service. Brigette’s broad experience across multiple industries allows for innovative solutions and effective communication at every stage of the management process.
